Appearing on MSNBC on Sunday morning, former Rep. Denver Riggleman (R-VA) cited yet another Donald Trump goof-up in a speech on Saturday night to point out that he has been in a mental decline for some time.Speaking with the hosts of "The Weekend," Riggleman was asked about a report from CNBC that the former president stunned and baffled a collection of CEO's at a closed-door meeting last week, with insiders saying Trump was "meandering" and "couldn't keep a straight thought."According to Riggleman, that should have come as no surprise."Why are we surprised? He's been meandering and pretty crazy and can't get his facts straight even on stump speeches," he told the hosts. "What was it just a couple days ago he said his Doctor Ronny Johnson said he was completely cognitively perfect, but it is actually Ronny Jackson.""And so I think that is the issue that you have," he continued. "You have somebody who cannot keep a thought straight, really has never been policy-specific ... he says he wants to be a dictator through this populist xenophobic racist message. and that is what we have, somebody not policy-specific and he will not surround himself with the best and brightest.
