Kimmeridge Texas Gas appoints David Lawler as CEO; Kimmeridge closes follow-on control investment in Commonwalth LNG

Kimmeridge, an alternative asset manager focused on the energy sector, has announced that its affiliate, Kimmeridge Texas Gas ('KTG'), has appointed David Lawler as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lawler will advance KTG's efforts to become a fully integrated provider of LNG from well-head to water – providing reliable, secure and clean energy to global markets.
