Morning Joe accuses 'scared to death' Trump aides of 'hiding him' after debate

After taking most of the week off, MSNBC's Joe Scarborough returned to "Morning Joe" on Friday morning and immediately noted Donald Trump's lack of public appearances since the CNN debate over a week ago.And he claimed he knows why.Speaking with fellow MSNBC host Rev. Al Sharpton, the "Morning Joe" frontman stated the former president's inner circle is leery of putting him on the stump over fears he will go on one of his "crazy" rants, which will then undercut their attacks on President Joe Biden after his poor debate performance.Pointing out to Sharpton that Trump has not received a huge bump in the polls after the debate, he stated, "Independents actually broke away from Donald Trump toward Joe Biden; that's how much they were turned off by seeing this guy.""You'll notice, too, for all the talk about Joe Biden being hidden, 8 p.m. and all of this other stuff, you notice Donald Trump has kept his head underground politically since this debate," he observed.
