Republican lawmakers release report calling for President Biden's impeachment

As President Joe Biden was set to deliver the keynote address to the Democratic National Convention on Monday night, House Republicans released a report accusing him of wrongdoing and calling for his impeachment. The 291-page joint report by the three oversight, judiciary and enforcement committees largely repeats allegations made in previous reports and hearings by those committees: that Mr. Biden, as president and vice president, abused his power and obstructed Congressional efforts to investigate these abuses.
