'I'm going to scare people': Newsmax anchor 'sorry' after revealing vote for Obama

Conservative Newsmax host Lidia Curanaj apologized to viewers over the weekend after revealing she voted for President Barack Obama.The admission came during a Sunday interview with former GOP candidate Larry Elder. Curanaj argued that Democratic presidential nominee Kamala Harris had misled the public about her record."It's not flip-flops. It's not like, say, J.D. Vance, how he changed his mind about President Trump," Curanaj explained. "I myself even changed my mind about President Trump.""I'm going to scare people a little bit," she continued. "One of my first times I ever voted, I voted for Barack Obama."Curanaj insisted that she did not vote for the former Democratic president a second time."I was young, impressionable," she insisted. "I didn't know any better.
