'Victory Plan' Could Force Russia to End War

Kyiv, Ukraine — Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Wednesday that a “victory plan” he wants to present to US President Joe Biden later this month would strengthen Kyiv and have a “psychological” impact that could force Russia to end the war diplomatically. “This plan should be presented before the second Peace Summit, with the aim of forcing Russia to end the war diplomatically. If our partners support it, it will be easier for Ukraine to force Russia to end the war,” Zelenskyy said. Zelenskyy also said that the plan contains serious reinforcements for Ukraine, and will have a psychological and political impact, as well as an impact in terms of weapons, in an effort to force Russia to end the war. When asked about Iran's missile deliveries to Russia, Zelenskyy said he received information from his partners at the intelligence level, but had not yet confirmed the use of the missiles.
