Classic Indonesian Cookbook “Cobek and Pest” Published in the United States

VOA — A book that provides knowledge about classic Indonesian cuisine, published on September 10, 2024. The author, Patricia Tanumihardja, is an Indonesian woman who learned to cook from her mother since she was little. “The sound of stone rubbing against stone is familiar to me. This book not only contains around 80 classic Indonesian recipes, but also stories about the author’s childhood, who often helped her mother, Julia Suparman cook for her family. “Since before my first cookbook, “The Asian Granma Cookbook”, I have wanted to write this book.
