Tuition refund in San Diego

SAN DIEGO — A federal court in California has granted preliminary approval of a settlement between the University of San Diego and a class of its students that sued because their tuition charges went up the year that in-person instruction due to Covid was canceled. Under the agreement, university will pay $1.4 million in total to the students.
