'I’m gonna go broke!' Election denier begs for cash after his companies dump him overboard

A Colorado businessman is begging for cash after some of his companies cut ties with him over his continued support of 2020 election fraud conspiracy theories.Joe Oltmann has been ordered by a judge to pay $1,000 a day in fines to the former Dominion Voting Systems employee he accused of working with Antifa activists to rig the election against Donald Trump, but he has refused to turn over any evidence he might have of the claim the former president's campaign amplified nearly four years ago, reported KUSA-TV.“I was taken out of three of my companies yesterday,” Oltmann said during his Conservative Daily podcast. “The boards decided that it was better that I not be associated with those companies.”“They asked me to step down,” Oltmann added. “So it’s working – I’m gonna go broke.”Oltmann has described himself as the CEO of the DCF Guns chain, along with other business interests, but he launched a crowdfunding page to help pay the costs of his legal bills and fines after he was named as a non-party in a defamation suit filed by former Dominion cybersecurity director Eric Coomer over claims he made after the 2020 election.ALSO READ: Harris nets another high-powered slate of Republican endorsements"I'll be damned if I write a check to that piece of s--t," Oltmann said on his podcast next week.District Court judge William J. Martínez could decide to jail Oltmann for contempt of court if he refuses to pay the fine, which he said was intended to get his "full and complete attention.”"The Court sees little record evidence of Oltmann's financial resources, other than an assertion by Coomer that Oltmann has already paid $53,671.14 in sanctions in other courts and that he 'frequently boasts of his wealth and comfortable lifestyle," the judge wrote.Oltmann has repeatedly defied a subpoena seeking evidence to prove his claims that he gained access to a purported "Antifa call" and the identity of a person who gave him access to Coomer's private Facebook account."November is going to be the start of something very, very, very, very, very, very kinetic," Oltmann said on a recent podcast. "Now, do I want that to happen? No, I don't, but I don't want my children to be groomed either. I don't want perverts and Satanists to be the one that gets the last word."
