Letter to the editor: Respect separation of powers

I was disappointed to read in the Washington Times that President-elect Trump has filed a brief asking the Supreme Court to pause its consideration of the TikTok case that is before it ("Trump urges Supreme Court to delay TikTok ban, citing national security and free speech balance," Web, Dec. 30).
