Sportsmen shoot down firearm ads law

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A federal court in California granted final judgment to sportsmen groups who successfully sought an injunction against California, which may not enforce a law prohibiting the firearms industry from advertising or marketing firearms-related products in a way that is intended or appears to be attractive to minors. The law violates the First Amendment. The sportsmen advocates are awarded $481,749 in attorney fees and costs.
