Bats glow green under a ultraviolet light, UGA study shows

A study conducted recently at the University of Georgia discovered a fascinating fact about bats, those winged denizens of the night that will surely be on the prowl for food on Halloween night. It seems that if an ultraviolent light is cast on a bat its body glows a greenish tone. Why? That hasn’t been figured out yet.
