49ers adding veteran linebacker Kyzir White; Cardinals eyeing Saleh

SANTA CLARA – Kyzir White, three years after helping the Philadelphia Eagles wallop the 49ers for a Super Bowl berth, is coming to aid the 49ers’ injury-depleted linebacker corps entering Sunday’s wild-card playoff game in Philadelphia. “Let’s boogie,” White posted on the social-media platform X in response to Jordan Schultz’s initial report of the 49ers’ Tuesday acquisition. The 49ers have yet to officially announce White’s signing and it didn’t make Tuesday’s NFL wire, but he is expected to join the practice squad, according to a team source.
