Dubai: An elderly man attempted to hurl a shoe at Chief Justice of India (CJI) BR Gavai inside the Supreme Court on Monday morning, in an incident that briefly disrupted proceedings but left the Chief Justice unfazed. According to NDTV, the man — identified through his proximity card as Kishore Rakesh — was immediately taken into custody by security personnel after the shoe failed to reach the bench.
