Russia is not an autonomous country; on the contrary, it is dependent on the global world. This means that he will bear full responsibility - both legal and financial - both for the war against Ukraine and for genocidal actions within this war. Advisor to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, Mykhailo Podolyak, stated this on the FREEDOM TV channel. “There are warrants, for example, from the International Criminal Court, which clearly records the presence of a genocidal type of crime committed by the same Shoigu or Gerasimov, before that by the same Putin, Lvova-Belova, and before that also by the commanders of the fleet and aerospace forces of the Russian Federation . In any case, these orders are already fundamental, and they will determine the attitude of the political elites of the West towards these persons… Russia is not an autonomous country; in any case, it is integrated into certain global relations. And sooner or later, all these, let’s say, restrictions will weigh heavily on and influence and determine Russia’s position in the global world order. This position will be an extreme outsider, she will not be able to use anything,” the guest of the broadcast emphasized. In his opinion, sooner or later, people against whom warrants have been issued will be detained, Russia’s property abroad will be seized, and its business contacts will be blocked. Moscow can “sell” the illusion that it will be possible to avoid responsibility to its population on talk shows, but the reality will be different, Podolyak is sure. “As soon as Russia suffers significant tactical defeats and, accordingly, chaos and disorder begin in Russia itself, then all legal procedures will be sharply tightened, I mean those that are adopted within the framework of certain international legal institutions. Russia will very, very significantly pay in full. Its citizens will be detained, property will be arrested and confiscated,” said the adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. He recalled the statement of the G7 (“Big Seven”) that the Russian Federation caused damage to Ukraine in the amount of $486 billion, and emphasized: in any case, this money will be demanded from Russia. The same applies to arrest warrants. “As certain actions are taken in military terms, all these decisions of the European Court of Human Rights, the International Criminal Court, other courts, property courts will be executed. And if someone thinks that Russia will be able to somehow protect itself from this, I will emphasize once again that it is not an autonomous country. On the contrary, this country is completely dependent on global markets. This is a primitive, non-technological country. She needs to sell her primitive raw materials and buy this or that means of subsistence. Russia is not a self-sufficient country and will never be,” concluded Mykhailo Podolyak.
