During the meeting, the priority needs of defenders of Ukraine on the battlefield were discussed. Among the key priorities is the acquisition of additional air defense systems and missiles for them, as well as the expansion of training missions for Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighters. Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized again that Ukraine needs permission to use long-range weapons provided by partners against military facilities on the territory of Russia. In addition, the President emphasized the importance of developing projects related to joint defense production. Special attention was paid during the meeting to the strengthening of sanctions against the Russian Federation, in particular in the energy and banking spheres, which would effectively reduce the ability of the aggressor state to continue the war against Ukraine.
