Forestry and Nature Conservation Agency officials join members of the Indigenous Saisiyat tribe in Miaoli County’s Nanzhuang Township and representatives of Kyoto-based Ryukoku University in displaying a forest-friendly memorandum of understanding Feb. 10 in northern Taiwan.
