“Map of Taiwan and Pescadores,” a Qing dynasty (1644-1911) map of Taiwan’s Penghu Archipelago, is on display in the “Connected in All Directions” exhibition underway at the National Palace Museum in Taipei City. Featuring antique maps and travel books with drawings dating from the 14th to the early 20th century, it runs from Sept. 5-Dec. 1 and Dec. 7-March 2, 2025. (Courtesy of NPM)
