Umbrella policy

Three members of the 2025 Overseas Youth Taiwan Study Tour hold up painted Hakka oilpaper umbrellas on a visit to the New Taipei City Hakka Museum. Over 100 young people from Asia and countries in the southern hemisphere joined a 14-day trip finishing Jan. 3 organized by the Overseas Community Affairs Council. (Courtesy of OCAC)
