Growth capital firm Aurea hs announced the completion of its acquisition of UK-based cosmetics group The Body Shop.

Growth capital firm Aurea hs announced the completion of its acquisition of UK-based cosmetics group The Body Shop.

The deal for the cosmetics firm appears to secure the immediate future for remaining staff.

It is understood there are currently no plans to close any of the remaining Body Shop stores in the UK.
