‘VIOLATION OF RIGHTS’: Eastern Cape considers excluding more learners from scholar transport service, court told

Schools and an NGO in the Eastern Cape have argued in court that providing scholar transport must be prioritised. In reply, the Eastern Cape Department of Transport said it could no longer afford this service in its current form and was revising its policy, which might exclude more learners.
