Foodies are in for a treat next month as three celebrated chefs are coming together to offer a fantastic feast at a Pasay hotel. The Savoy Hotel Manila will bring together three chefs from its hotels in different parts of the country for “Three Chefs, One Table,” a collaboration that features a curated menu that brings creations from Manila, Boracay, and Cebu. The three chefs participating are Chef Kit Carpio from Savoy Hotel Manila, Chef Vincent Cabahug from Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast, and Chef Coke Semblante of Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown. (From left) Chef Vincent Cabahug from Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast, Chef Coke Semblante of Savoy Hotel Mactan Newtown, and Chef Kit Carpio from Savoy Hotel Manila Chef Kit Carpio has more than 27 years of culinary experience and is known for his inventive use of sampaguita. His culinary philosophy is blending local ingredients with global techniques. Meanwhile, Chef Vincent Cabahug was mentored by a Michelin-starred chef and blends Visayan flavors with modern techniques.
