The big winners of the night were Miss Grand Pampanga Emma Tiglao, who was crowned the 2025 Miss Grand Philippines; Miss Grand Zambales Anita Rose Gomez, who was crowned the 2025 Miss Asia Pacific Philippines; Miss Grand Aklan Francesca Beatriz McLelland, who was crowned the 2026 Miss Reina Hispanoamericana Filipinas; Miss Grand Taguig Michelle Arceo, who was crowned the 2025 Miss Tourism World Philippines; and Miss Grand Quezon City Nikki Buenafe Cheveh as the 2025 Face of Beauty Philippines. Meanwhile, Miss Grand Bicol Margarette Briton was named the first runner-up, while Miss Grand Rizal Beatriz Ocampo was named second runner-up.
