Fr. Shay Cullen (center) Amb. Emma Hickey of Ireland (left) visited PREDA Foundation Inc. in Olongapo City, which is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year. According to its embassy, Hickey’s visit “highlighted Ireland’s commitment to promoting child protection, combating human trafficking, and supporting community development initiatives.” She met with the foundation’s team and Irish missionary Fr. Shay Cullen who is its founder, then learned about their vital work in supporting survivors of abuse and exploitation.
