According to its embassy, Norway is committed to support principled humanitarian assistance in the Philippines through the Central Emergency Response Fund which has allocated a total of $3.5 million during the recent storms: “A readily available disaster fund allows [a] swift first line of response in case of calamities.” FB: THE ROYAL NORWEGIAN EMBASSY IN MANILA
