CHR intervention sought over military harassment of Zambales fishers

Fishers group Pambansang Lakas ng Kilusang Mamamalakayang Pilipinas has filed a complaint before the Commission on Human Rights concerning the series of alleged harassment of the Philippine Army against fisherfolk in Zambales.
