Zeinab Harake and Bobby Ray Parks Jr. are now engaged!

Zeinab Harake and Bobby Ray Parks Jr. announced their engagement in the YouTube vlog of the social media influencer on Sunday night, July 7. “Kinakabahan ako,” said Ray while preparing for his wedding proposal to Zeinab. The social media star was convinced that they're just going to attend a birthday party. However, upon arriving at the venue, Zeinab already had a hunch what was about to happen. “Ayan na! Sinasabi ko na, e!” she said. And when she saw Ray in the middle of a dreamy set up, she told him in jest, “Nakakainis ka!” To start his wedding proposal, Ray recited Proverbs 18:22: “He who has found a wife, finds a good thing and obtains favors from the Lord.” Then, he said, “I believe God brought us together as a token of His love for us. I'm truly blessed to call you my best friend, my lover, and my biggest supporter. So, I hope that you feel the same way towards me. I want to continue to build a Christ-centered relationship in which I will lead and serve you [to] the best of my abilities. Your genuine, loving, compassionate heart [is] the crown of your beauty. You and the kids are my home and I can't imagine life without y'all. “With that being said, I brought all of our friends, family, and loved ones here to day to bear witness and as you one thing: Zeinab Harake, would you make me the happiest man in the world?” Ray then went down on his knee, showed the ring to Zeinab, and asked, “Will you marry me?” Zeinab was crying tears of joy and said, “Yes!” The same 30-minute also showed Ray getting the approval of Zeinab's siblings, Rana and Wessam Harake. He also paid respects to Zeinab's son Moon and her sister Tara before he proposed to his girlfriend. “Ate Tara, Moon, paalam lang po ako sa inyo,” he said. He also said while talking to Zeinab's son Lucas, “Sana makuha natin nina Ate Tara and Moon. They're watching over us, di ba?” The next clip showed Ray talking to Zeinab's mom, “Good evening po, tita. I just want to let you know na… at mahingi po ang blessing n'yo na mag-propose po.” Zeinab's mom replied, “Ang masasabi ko, na-surprise ako, 'nak.” Ray then asked, “Okay lang po?” She replied, “Oo naman. Hindi ko expected. Wala namang problema sa akin kasi kung sino ang mahal ng anak ko, mahal ko din. So, sa akin, okay lang 'yan, accepted.” The PBA player was smiling ear-to-ear and said, “Thank you so much po talaga, tita, at nakuha ko ang blessing ninyo.” Zeinab's mom said, “Buong-buo kong binibigay sa 'yo, I know na magiging happy naman siya. Of course, Ray also asked Zeinab's dad for his daughter's hand in marriage. Zeinab's dad said, “You know what, Ray, from the first time I saw you before, honestly, I'm saying--keeping the joke aside, walang bola--you are the guy I really wish for my daughter.
