Philippine Education Theatrical Association (PETA) apologized to the showgoer who got distracted by fellow attendees using gadgets - specifically cell phones and a laptop - during a show of 'One More Chance: The Musical.' PETA offered a complimentary ticket to B Delgado, who shared her experience on Facebook alongside two photos. "Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the stress and frustration this has caused you. Rest assured that we are looking into this now and will immediately take the necessary actions," the comment read. "We only wish a good and positive viewing experience for all of our audiences. Please allow us to give you a complimentary ticket so that you can properly enjoy the show." In a Facebook post, B shared that her experience watching the show was ruined after two showgoers in front of her were using their cellphones and a laptop "on full brightness." She wrote, "This was my view from 'Ride Home' until the iconic 'you had me at my best...' Wala akong ma-absorb sa act 2 until the end na nung nagkabalikan na si Popoy at Basha because there were 2 phones on full brightness and a freakin laptop! They weren't gonna stop until I tapped their shoulder." B hinted that one was a celebrity. "Ano 'yun, Philippine Education Theater Association (PETA)? When it's a nobody, your ushers weave through the crowd to stop them but when it's a celebrity and friends, dedma nalang?" the post continue. "They were seated on the house seats so there was an usher beside them. On top of that, the short haired b***h had the audacity to look back, gave me a death stare and head to toed me. Not once, but twice!" In the end, B called out the PETA ushers who were overseeing the show and who should be asking people to refrain from using distracting gadgets. "Sabihin na natin that these people really don't have theatre etiquette coz clearly, none talaga! This is where I blame PETAs ushers! You're not there to watch the show. May trabaho kayo! Bakit hindi niyo pinigilan? Bakit hindi niyo inisip the audience around these uneducated people?! I paid to see the show not fuckin gadgets!" In the comment section, netizens tried to find out the unnamed celebrity and her friends who watched the show. As of posting time, Ara Mina has yet to release a statement about the incident.
