PHL needs new housing policies to meet evolving family structures

The Philippine Institute for Development Studies (PIDS) recently shed light on a significant shift in household structures that is reshaping housing demand across the nation. As extended and multigenerational households become more common, driven by economic pressures and changing societal norms, the government must urgently reassess its housing policies to meet the evolving needs of its citizens.
