Drinking two beers daily ages the brain by 10 years

A new study in Nature Communications Journal reveals that even small amounts of alcohol can significantly shrink the brain, causing volume loss equivalent to 10 years of aging. The University of Pennsylvania researchers analyzed brain MRIs and found that one to two units of alcohol daily could lead to premature brain aging.
