ICC can't junk cases without hearing complainant: HC

Calcutta HC mandates a reinvestigation of a six-year-old sexual harassment complaint at Hiralal Mazumdar Memorial College for Women, insisting that the internal complaints committee must hear the complainant. The court criticized the dismissal resolution for violating natural justice principles and ordered proceedings be completed within 12 weeks.
