Defer Nepal travel, India tells its citizens; airlines cancel flights

India has advised its citizens to postpone travel to Nepal due to ongoing protests that led to the closure of Kathmandu Airport. Airlines, including Indian carriers like IndiGo and Air India, have suspended flights. Many Kathmandu-bound flights were diverted or returned to India. Air India is offering waivers on rescheduling charges for affected passengers, while SpiceJet cancelled Tuesday flights.
