Man jumps into Narmada canal to save pet dog, drowns

A 51-year-old man drowned in the Narmada canal in Vadodara while attempting to rescue his pet dog. The incident occurred when one of the dogs slipped into the canal. The man jumped in after the dog but was unable to swim against the strong current. The search for the German shepherd dog is still ongoing.
