Supreme Court grants custody parole to Tahir Hussain

The Supreme Court granted custody parole to Mohammad Tahir Hussain, a key accused in the 2020 Delhi Riots, allowing him to campaign for the assembly elections under police supervision. Hussain must cover all related expenses and return to jail by 6pm daily until February 3.
