Massive Security Arrangements Around Uttar Pradesh Uttar Pradesh government is leaving no stone unturned with the Mahakumbh mela which kicked off on January 13 and will go on till February 26 and may attract up to forty-five crores devotees. For the purpose of Mahakumbh and to maintain law and order nearly 30,000 police personnel from 70 Districts of Uttar Pradesh are being deployed. To monitor the crores of people, the police department have installed 2700 AI-enabled cameras.
