However, the highly anticipated showdown against South Africa at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados, on Saturday might be impacted by thunderstorms. According to Accuweather, the Saturday forecast indicates: "Overcast skies, decreasing winds, and muggy conditions with scattered thunderstorms likely." A detailed breakdown for the day shows thunderstorm possibilities from 6 to 8 AM, with precipitation odds at 51 percent. This suggests a potential delay to the scheduled 10:30 AM local time start of the match. Rain chances diminish to around 30 percent later in the morning with cloudy conditions prevailing, though there's a renewed risk of thunderstorms between 1 and 2 PM. If rain forces a washout on June 29, Saturday, the match will be rescheduled to the ICC's designated reserve day on June 30. According to ICC playing regulations, "every attempt will be made to finish the match as planned, potentially reducing overs if needed.
