Reliance Capital administrator accuses IIHL of non-compliance with NCLT order

The administrator of debt-laden Reliance Capital accused Hinduja Group's IIHL of failing to meet conditions set by NCLT, as IIHL allegedly deposited money in its own accounts instead of designated escrow accounts. IIHL denied the claims, citing a lack of provided escrow terms. The hearing on IIHL's plea is set for next week.
