Ahead of the launch of The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2, Prime Video holds a magnificent Asia Pacific Premiere in Singapore

From a special Show & Tell screening to exploring Gardens By The Bay, team of The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2, spent 3 eventful days in Singapore ahead of the global release of the series. The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power Season 2 will exclusively premiere worldwide on Prime Video on August 29, 2024, in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam and many more languages in more than 240 countries and territories  SINGAPORE—August 24, 2024 — Ahead of the global premiere of the highly anticipated second season of The Lord of The Rings: The Rings of Power on Prime Video, the cast and creators of the series visited Singapore for a special Asia Pacific screening. The star-studded premiere was graced by showrunner J.D.Payne, director Charlotte Brändstörm, and the talented ensemble cast, including  Charlie Vickers, Lloyd  Owen, Megan Richards, Markella Kavenagh, Charles Edwards, Ismael Cruz Córdova, Tyroe Muhafidin, and Trystan Gravelle. During the course of their tour, the team attended a special screening of the series’ first two episodes, with ardent fans of the franchise in attendance alongside media from Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and India. Kicking off the momentous event was David Simonsen, Director of Amazon Prime Video SEA and MENA followed by the grand screening. The team of this highly anticipated franchise also took over the city visiting a major attraction site, Gardens By The Bay.
