Cops nab ‘woman hater’ for killing 9 in 14 months

Kuldeep Gangwar was arrested after being identified as the perpetrator behind the brutal killings of nine women in Bareilly over 14 months. Gangwar, described as a woman hater with a traumatised past, strangulated victims with saris and disposed of their bodies in sugarcane fields. His troubled upbringing and substance abuse were noted as contributing factors.
