UN's Guterres says 'injustices' against Africa must be corrected

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called for Africa to be granted a permanent seat on the UN Security Council to address historic injustices. Speaking at the China-Africa forum, he noted Africa's debt challenges and praised China's development achievements as a model for sustainable growth and cooperation in trade, technology, and other areas.
