Saffron to black to saffron: Cycle of politics in Rajasthan

Rajasthan education minister Madan Dilawar announced the return of saffron-coloured bicycles for girls in government schools, reversing the previous Congress government's decision. The free cycle scheme began in 2009 to aid girls' education by addressing transportation issues. On Teacher's Day, 55,800 students will also receive computer tablets at a state-level event.
