Paracetamol, Pan-D And Other 46 Tablets Fail Quality Test; Check Out The Full List

In August, 50 commonly used medicines were identified as being of poor quality. The Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) issued a warning, labeling these medicines as "not of standard quality" (NSQ). The list features 48 drugs, along with their specific batch numbers and manufacturing dates. Some well known medicines like Pan-D, Paracetamol, blood pressure (BP) medications, Antiacid were also in the list. The central drug regulator released two list in which one was about 5 drugs which were declared as adultrated and other one was about the 48 drugs which failed the quality tests. Deflazacort Tablets (Defcort 6 Tablets) The CDSCO reported that the actual manufacturer, as stated on the label, confirmed that the questioned batch of the product was not made by them and is considered a fake drug.
