Pune Issues Advisory to Prevent Misleading School Advertisements

Shradha K faced challenges when choosing a school for her son, with misleading advertisements and rising fees complicating the decision. In response, Pune Zilla Parishad education officer Sanjay Naikade issued an advisory to help parents make informed choices. Parents are urged to verify key details, such as school affiliation and facilities, and report discrepancies. A list of authorised schools will be released, and strict action will be taken against institutions engaged in false advertising.
