What does your posture say about you?

Experts believe they are attuned to subconscious signals reflected in how an individual moves their legs and feet, closely tied to how our emotions influence our actions.Whether it's towards something we really admire or away from things that bring fear, insecurity, or discomfort, the position of the legs is sometimes leaving a lot to be said for what is going on below the surface. Here we will focus on these different sitting postures, sitting cross-legged, knees open, and sitting knees straight.
