'No deliberate exclusion': Muttaqi holds another presser; women journos present

Taliban's Foreign Minister Amir Khan Muttaqi addressed a press conference in Delhi with both male and female journalists present, following criticism for excluding women from a previous event. Muttaqi stated the earlier exclusion was due to short notice, not deliberate intent. This visit marks the first by a senior Taliban minister to India since the group's takeover.
