IPL: Royals agree to host four home games in Jaipur; Guwahati gets three

Rajasthan Royals will host four IPL 2026 home matches in Jaipur and three in Guwahati after resolving safety and liability concerns with the state government. The decision followed talks between Royals chairperson Ranjit Barthakur and Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma. Earlier disputes arose over stadium safety issues flagged in an audit. The government has now started repair and upgrade work at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium.
