Mangoes can actually lower blood sugar, study reveals shocking benefits

A recent George Mason University study reveals that daily mango consumption may benefit adults at risk of diabetes. Contrary to common belief, mangoes can improve blood sugar regulation and reduce body fat in prediabetic individuals. The six-month trial showed that participants eating a mango daily experienced better glucose control and enhanced insulin sensitivity compared to those consuming low-sugar snacks.
