Extradition treaty says requesting party must bear expenses

The 1931 extradition treaty between the United States and the United Kingdom which applies to Guyana makes it clear that the requesting party must bear expenses connected to the process, raising further questions as to how the Ministry of Home Affairs is footing the bill for Jamaican attorneys in the case of Azruddin Mohamed and Nazar Mohamed.
