Ghanaian attacker Richmond Tachie joins Eintracht Braunschweig on loan

Eintracht Braunschweig has strengthened its attacking options by securing the services of Ghanaian attacker Richmond Tachie on loan from 1. FC Kaiserslautern.The 25-year-old forward will play for the Lions until the end of the 2024/2025 season, though no purchase option has been agreed upon.Tachie, born on April 21, 1999, in Berlin, began his football journey at VfL Wolfsburg’s academy before moving to Viktoria Koln in 2019.He later played for Borussia Dortmund’s second team, SC Paderborn, and most recently Kaiserslautern.Over his career, he has gained valuable experience in German football, making 54 appearances in the 2nd Bundesliga, where he has contributed four goals and seven assists, as well as 37 games in the 3rd League, tallying seven goals and eight assists.Sports director Benjamin Kessel expressed confidence in the new signing, stating:"Richmond is a versatile striker who will liven up our offensive game and increase the goal threat.
