Owner and bankroller of Elmina Sharks, Dr Paa Kwesi Nduom, has called for a serious overhaul at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) following the unfortunate incident at Nsoatre.During the Matchday 19 fixture between Nsoatreman FC and Asante Kotoko, Francis Frimpong, who is also known as Nana Pooley, was stabbed to death at the Nana Koroman II Stadium.Following the incident, three individuals in connection with the violent disturbances that erupted at the match centre have been arrested.However, Nduom believes these actions are not enough as he calls for more action to be taken."The GFA needs a serious overhaul," Ndoum, who is the founder of the People's Progressive Party [PPP] shared in a post on Facebook."A few people at the top feed on FIFA money and leave the clubs, referees and players hungry."What are we waiting for? More deaths, bankruptcies and Black Stars losses?" he quizzed.The Ghana FA has suspended the Matchday 20 fixtures as part of the measures. They are also set to meet with the Premier League clubs on Thursday, February 6, while a meeting with the supporters leadership is also in line for Friday.
